میمون دوم گفت: اگر بخواهیم همه چیز را توضیح دهیم، مجالی برای زندگی نمی ماند. گاهی اوقات باید بدون توضیح از واقعیتی که در اطرافت می بینی، لذت ببری.
 "you know, sometimes one should enjoy the beauty around them without seeking an explanation" replied the other monkey" there would remain no time to live if we pushed to explain every single thing, mate".
 میمون اول با ناراحتی گفت: تو فقط به دنبال زندگی هستی و هیچ وقت نمیخواهی واقعیت ها را با منطق بیان کنی.
 در همین حال هزار پایی از کنار آن ها می گذشت.

 میمون دوم با دیدن هزار پا از او پرسید: هزار پا، تو چگونه این همه پا را با هماهنگی حرکت میدهی؟!
 هزار پا جواب داد: تا به امروز راجع به این موضوع فکر نکرده ام.
  Actually, I haven't thought about this so far..."
میمون دوم گفت: خوب فکر کن چون این میمون راجع به همه چیز توضیح منطقی می خواهد. هزار پا نگاهی به پاهایش کرد و خواست توضیحی بدهد: خوب اول این پا را حرکت می دهم، نه ، نه. شاید اول این یکی را. باید اول بدنم را بچرخانم،...
 "please think about this beacause my mate eants a logic explanation for every thing" yelled the latter again
 the catterpiller looked himself up & down, trying to produce some explanation " well, first I move this leg, I should think,... or maybe this one... No sorry! I guess I must move my body first to creep on... or must?!...I...
 هزار پا مدتی سعی کرد تا توصیح مناسبی برای حرکت دادن پاهایش بیان کند. ولی هر چه سعی کرد ، نا موفق بود. پس با امیدی سعی کرد به راه خودش ادامه دهد، ولی متوجه شد که نمی تواند!
  
 پس با ناراحتی گفت: ببین چه بلایی به سرم آوردید...:( آن قدر سعی کردم چگونگی حرکتم را توضیح دهم که راه رفتن یادم رفت...
 میمون دوم به اولی گفت: میبینی! وقتی سعی میکنی همه چیز را توضیح دهی این طور میشود.
 the latter monkey turned to the farmer and said "you see? such is the outcome when you insist on the explanation of just every thing.
 البته این به این معنی نیست که اصلا به دنبال منطق و توضیح زندگی نباشی ولی افراط نباید کرد بعضی چیزها توضیح ناپذیرند.
پس دوباره به غروب آفتاب خیره شد تا از آن لذت ببرد.

" I tried so much to explain my walking that now I seem to have almost forgotten it." there are things in life that simply bear no elucidation" & went on enjoying the sunset view.
